(November 16, 2018, 12:25 pm)I’m incredibly pleased with just how beautiful the apartments and the complex itself are. My jaw hit the floor when I saw the models and I just knew that was the apartment we had been searching for. The pictures don’t do the apartments justice! So please take a look even if you are on the fence because it was honestly everything we were looking for and more! Plus the prices are incredible. Kaitlynn Harvey was even more wonderful. She answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way with our application. She really worked hard to help us get the unit we wanted and we cannot wait to move into our new home here!!!!
(June 15, 2018, 10:03 am)It is now a whole week of my new living quarters and I can't be more happier. I can not express the gratitude that I hold for the Leasing Management here. The apartment is more than I expected on so many levels. Kaitlyn and Bernice has been absolutely amazing, they turned an unfortunate situation into a unbelievable blessing. Thank you so much 7970 Grand leasing team. I am so excited and grateful for my new beginning!!!!
(January 9, 2018, 2:34 pm)Been living here for almost a year now( first ever apartment with my boyfriend ) and rarely have any issues, the office people are very friendly and maintenance fixes any issues in a very timely fashion, it’s extremely quiet which is important to me since I need my sleep I definitely plan on staying here for the next year or so!
