“It is not that easy these days to find a good cleaner who will actually get the job done right how you need. I have very expensive area Persian rugs that I am so worried about touching during cleanings as they are very sensitive, they however, assured me on the phone that they have the steam cleaning procedure that is safe enough to clean the fibers and remove all stains and spots. I was very impressed with the way they cleaned it out fully.”

“**Update. The owner called me, apologized, and explained the delay in response. Due to the miscommunication, she offered to reimburse me for the lost pants. I changed my review from a 1 to a 4 star due to the outcome. It seems that they do want to serve the customers and improve on their customer service. *** I always try to support small businesses but I will never go back to this dry cleaner again. I got home and realized that my son's band tuxedo pants were missing from the dry cleaning clothes. I called the store and the lady said she would look for them and call the warehouse then would call me back. Day 2, I never received a callback so I called the store again. She proceeded to tell me their process and that it is nearly impossible to lose the one pants. Well, it is lost because I don't have it and they don't have it. I told her it is more important for me to have the pants back. She said that she will have the owner call me about the pants. Day 3, no call back from the lady employee or the owner. Again, she proceeded to tell me that it is impossible to have the pants lost because they do it all in-house. I told the lady that at this point, I had to order a new pair of tuxedo pants for my son because he has a band performance coming up soon. I would rather have the original pants back but if they cannot find it then I would like to be reimbursed for the pants. The new pants are only $36 and we spend pretty close to that amount on our one visit there so for them to lose a customer over that is quite sad. It is still Day 3, in the afternoon...and STILL no call back. Very bad customer service and I do hope someone calls me back so I can give a more positive update on this review.”
