I've gone for a lot of eye exams, and I've had to pick out a lot of glasses in my day. “First of all, we did not expect the treatment we received from the moment we walked in. Our sales person, Fabian, was not all over us, knew great details about furniture and explained everything 2 or 3 times so we understood. But the best 3 things we liked about Gallery furniture were: 1. that there was no pushing or pressure into buying anything. Fabian left us alone to discuss options, upgrades, etc. Literally, standing about 100 ft but always very attentive and alert to answer any questions we had. 2. That the financial guy went above and beyond to help us get the living room set we wanted, after he took over Fabian. We were able to get great deal in the zero interest , everything explained in a language we understood, literally, English and Spanish, and clarity. I believe he broke every rule, but had a very satisfied customer. 3. That "Mack" himself called us that same day after our furniture was delivered to make sure we were happy and everything was done correctly. The owner took time from his busy schedule to prove to us that we as customers matter. Plus, the bonus was that they waited until we were done and satisfied to close, although it was our fault for arriving late, 1 hr before closing time. I will definitely be going back to get more furniture in the future and recommend this store to everyone that I know. Yes, I agree sometimes prices are high, but the quality of the product speaks for itself. Thank you to everyone that helped us and took care that we received everything within 24hrs of our purchased and the furniture was flawless.”

“My wife and I leased a storage unit at this location this morning. I have leased several storage units over the years and from my perspective, Public Storage has put a lot of thought into this location and others like it. The individual storage units are all enclosed in one multi-level building served by multiple elevators. It is clean, has what I consider robust security including numerous video cameras, is very well designed, very well illuminated and is environmentally controlled which is important to me considering Houston's hot and humid climate. I note Gina processed our registration. She was very helpful and friendly and is an excellent representative of the Public Storage "brand".”
