Recently did a pre-buy inspection on our home in Brookside a few months ago. Was on time, thorough, and friendly. He explained his process and what terminology meant. We now use him for our routine preventative maintenance. The owner is also a Veteran which I proudly support! ????????
I know the owner personally. A sincere individual who stands behind his work 100%. A man who gives back to the community. He's a man of great family values.
Parents were satisfied and felt comfortable with worker's. There chemicals dont smell and they did the job.
Mike came out a few months ago and did our termite inspection for a new home we were buying (and are now in!), and I felt he was very polite, professional, thorough and quick! He identified a small potential problem with a form board being left in place and exposed, which we were able to remedy pretty easily. I even contacted the office a few times with some questions, and requesting some documentation for the title company, and the girl that answered was always super helpful and efficient. Great experience and would definitely use again!
