  Just had an amazing experience with Katherine at the leasing office! She did such a great job showing me all of the apartment floor plans AND actual units (while it was super cold and windy out)! She was the most pleasant leasing sales person I’ve ever dealt with, especially this week having seen several apartment complexes. This experience helped her close the sale and I can’t wait to move in soon! The other people at the office were great and very courteous too! It’s clear they all care about what they do - that’s so important to me and I look forward to living in a place that cares about their tenants!

  I have lived at 1879 for about 1 month and I am so glad I moved here. Other being closer to work and my gym, I have enjoyed my apartment and the amenities 1879 has to offer. The brand new and modern decor is very inviting for my taste. I love the pool and outdoor areas where I can hang out with friends a lot. The gym has everything I need for my workouts. The 24-hour access to incoming packages is amazing. Also, the staff is very friendly and prompt to work orders or tasks that need to be done. I plan on living here for many years to come because there is going to be a lot of growth once 'The Grid' is finally complete. Thank you 1879!

  Dominique and Marcus are rock star people and deserve raises and bonuses and everything else.
  
  They have answered all my questions and helped me into my brand new state of the art home.

  The 1879 crew are incredible! From the time I’ve completed my application form to moving in. Dominique is amazing she is very friendly fun and most importantly she is always smiling. The crew is an fun lively bunch from Marcus, Fernando and Ashely! The perks of monthly events are a bonus, the amenities are worth the move and most importantly the tenants are super friendly! 1879 is the place to be! Thinking I was going to miss life from Cali, this experience is all thanks to the wonderful people at 1879 :)

  All you have to do is come for a tour, and you’ll fall in love with this community! Next generation luxury amenities. Great location (Galleria area is just a quick 10 minute drive.) It doesn’t get better than that... Actually it does get better — Dominique, Ashley, and Marcus are the coolest property management team I’ve ever met. Aside from being friendly; They are reliable, responsive, and make living at 1879 a dream.
