  What a cool place. Cozy gym with a beautiful view, 24hr access, clean and convenient. It is a smaller facility, but literally crammed packed with a little bit of everything, from basic cardio/weight equipment and free weights, to functional fitness setups, and even some awesome specialized strength building equipment. Ideal for personal training or group training sessions. Check it out, support a small business. Thanks for everything Steve.

  Alchemy Fitness is by far the most comfortable I’ve been at a gym. The vibe is good and the gym offering post Physical Therapy is a bonus. Having suffered with chronic neck and back pain, I could immediately tell a difference after my first session. I appreciate the time and commitment to helping me eliminate pain and regain strength.
  The Personal Trainers really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. It’s a private gym that feels more personal.

  Outstanding Strength Training class offered by the owner Steven!! I have been attending for 4 months now and have seen & felt a wonderful change in my overall body. I have gained muscle and definitely stamina that I haven’t felt or seen in years. He targets specific parts of the body and every workout is different so you never get bored. I am down 2 pants sizes and look forward to seeing the continued muscle growth. This gym is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered! #SugarLandsBest

  The strength training class is where it’s at! If you are looking to see and feel the change in your body definitely come to Alchemy Fitness.
  Steven Flores, the owner puts great thought into every exercise set up from lunging and burpees to the various weights with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. The transformation you will experience is visible if you’re willing to put the workout in! Not to mention the beautiful facilities. A clean and comfortable atmosphere.

  This place is awesome! The facility is always well kept and clean - bathrooms are always stocked with soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and paper towels. There is a separate men’s and women’s bathroom that have gorgeous walk in showers in each - great for people who go to the gym very early before work. Equipment is great as there are many machines that you don’t find in commercial gyms - especially great leg equipment. There are also tons of functional training equipment that allows you to get creative with your workouts. We always went at 5:30AM and there was usually always nobody there - perfect for us. It is also evident that other members of the gym are also respectful of the equipment and facilities which is awesome - I’ll tell you there’s nothing worse than having to pick up after someone else before you can even start your own workout. Steve and his wife are the owners of the gym and are so friendly! They’re always accessible with anything that you need - we had issues getting access when we first joined and were able to reach Steve at 5AM to get access. We have also seen him giving tours to new members at 5AM - I’m sure to accommodate their schedules as well. They are hard working people who love health and fitness! This gym has everything you need and everyone cares about keeping it a great place to work out. Please support local businesses!
