  This is a five star storage facility. Joyce has always been a pleasure to work with. Always helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this facility for any and all of your storage needs.

  Public storage must be doing something right in how they select employees because I have had an amazing experience with Joyce. Joyce is so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Here genuine happy and friendly approach to helping me simply shined through and made my experience such a pleasure. I want your management to know that from my experience, your organization seems to be hiring the best and most amazing employees. Joyce is the reason that I will recommend all my family and friends to Public Storage. She is a gift to both your customers and to your company.

  This is the Best Storage Facility in the ENTIRE Sugar Land area! The staff is very professional, follows up with phone calls and I get the feeling they really care about the customers. The property is well maintained and super CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! :)

  Ms Joyce was a great help when it came to renting to my friend Maragart, I was there the day she moved in and the day she moved and Ms Joyce was amazing both times. I don’t see how people complain that they con you from day 1. Ms Joyce took her time to explain all the fees and made sure we understood everything before my friend signed the agreement. She even explained the vacate process so we knew when we moved out mid December we understood we wouldn’t get anything back, it bares repeating she’s Amazing ????????????

  I absolutely love this property! I always feel good about knowing my things are safe and in good hands. Place is always clean and available when I need to access my unit. Ms Joyce is the best. She calls me and lets me know when i am late for payments as a courtesy. she doesnt have to do that. Its like my mom reminding me of what i need to do. Shes always smiling and happy to be there to help. I would definitely recommend this property:)
