  Iron Strength Kettlebell gym is the best strength training program in Houston. Their training is very flexible and works for beginner to an expert. I highly recommend Angie, Tara and Eric.

  Angie, Eric, and Tara are all great, patient trainers who are willing to work with you no matter your fitness level. The mix of independent and group work allows everyone to be challenged and a team camaraderie to develop. Even if your work schedule is crazy, morning, afternoon, and evening classes are available. Joining Iron Strength Kettlebell Gym is a sure-fire investment that will improve both your mental and physical wellbeing!

  With just one class that I've tried so far it was incredible and I can't wait to go back. The coaches are very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I liked the size of the class because it's perfect for getting that one on one time with the coach. I highly recommend that you visit this gym.

  Iron Strength Kettlebell Gym has helped me become stronger than I ever thought possible. The trainers have helped me set and achieve many goals over the years. Angie, Eric, and Tara constantly push me out of my comfort zone because they know what I am capable of, even when I don't think I can. (They have proven me wrong every time!) I also love the "family" atmosphere of the gym and the encouragement from my fellow gym members. If you're looking for a gym that will motivate you to become stronger, healthier, and happier, this is the place!

  First off, the staff is highly trained in all the proper techniques. They always tailor the program to you and your ability level. They are always encouraging and very supportive. They want you to succeed and improve and take great pride in watching you achieve your goals. I've seen older folks with balance and strength issues become strong and steady. I myself have more strength and stamina since starting at this gym. The other gym members are all supportive and friendly. It's also a fun atmosphere. The trainers also continue learning new programs and incorporating them into our training. I encourage everyone to come check it out. I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Angie, Eric & Tara will take great care of you!
