Our entire family changed from Sugar Land Dental Group to Dr Chen and we all have been extremely pleased with services provided. The staff is professional, friendly most important our the kid doesn't cringe at having dental appointments. She and the rest of us love our dentist.
Dr. Chen is patient, honest and great dentist. He explains things to me if I have concerns about a procedure. His billing is fair. I was refer by the nextdoor neighbor app. I am glad I chose him. He doesn't pressure you with any procedure that he recommends to be done. He make us feel comfortable coming back for our dental check up. I highly recommends him.
We love Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He has been out family dentist for over 5 years! He always explains to me in the way I can understand. He is honest and transparent about the procedures and billing.
He's absolutely excellent. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist before seeing him because of bad experiences and a sensitivity to pain. He's patient, gentle, and does a good job of explaining things without freaking you out. His staff is friendly, professional, and there's little to no wait. I don't want to leave Houston just so he'd stay my dentist :)
