I came to Dr. Neelam for severe depression and anxiety. I felt like there was a terrible dark spot in my life that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. I tried antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication without any change. Working with Dr. Neelam has changed all of that. She is an exceptionally good listener and facilitator to talk through issues. She takes what she knows are the pain points and creates a hypnotherapy session directly dealing with those things. This has been transformative for me. My depression and anxiety are gone - but I will continue to see Dr. Neelam weekly because her insight and help make my daily life immensely better.
