Dr. Mostert took the time to explain what was going to happen during my procedure. The operation went flawlessly. Zero pain. The follow up visits required little waiting and the office took care of all the paperwork. I highly recommend Dr. Mostert and SW ENT.
My experience with Sothwest ENT has been outstanding. Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mosstert, who share office space with Dr Chow is caring and thorough. Love the care I receive from this fine staff.
Regarding the review from Sarah Carvalho, she needs to get her facts right. Dr. Martin, who she had concerns about, does not work there. He is associated with Houston ENT and Allergy. I don't have a problem with her complaint but it needs to be directed to correct business.
