I shop here often and always have a good experience. Today, I had a complicated order and Lisa was just great. She went above the beyond to take care of my order and did so with a smile.

Great store in a convenient location with great kids clothes and helpful staff. Keep in mind 90% of these 1 star reviews say the place is "permanently closed" which is obviously not the case.

This happened two weeks ago but I didn’t get a chance to post review until today. I had such a great experience shopping at Carter’s thanks to one of the employees (Lizette must be her name). She went out of her way to help me find the exact items I needed and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her patience and friendliness really stood out, and it made my shopping trip so much easier. Excellent customer service! I will be back soon.
