To Whom It May Concern: Gloria has been employed caring for my mother since November 2019. She is a very conscientious, compassionate caregiver. She interacts with my mother is a cheerful, helpful, understanding way consistently and finds ways to bring happiness and reassurance to my mother. I find that my mother is relaxed and happy on the days that Gloria is her caregiver. Gloria comes to work as scheduled. She is always appropriate in dress and manner. She follows my requests regarding care of my mother. She reports to me regarding my mother's condition in person if I come to visit or by phone or text if I am unable to visit that day. I very much appreciate Gloria and her care of my mother.

In addition to tending to their health and daily living needs, they were also great companions. Mom had Alzheimer’s and loved to talk, even though she did not make much sense most of the time. They would sit down with her and listen intently and act very interested in what she had to say. This was very comforting to her. My parents praised them often and Dad even started to refer to them his “special buddies” which was a big compliment since he was very opposed to having care in the beginning. It was very comforting to know they were there to look out for my parents in their time of need.

I have worked with Gloria on several projects. I have found that she has a special quality. She sincerely cares about her clients. In addition, I have been able to verify this is so by interviewing and examining all the testimonies from many of her past clients. Personally I have found her to be patient, warm and understanding in her dealings with me. I can see how that benefits all her staff, clients and supports her company's success.
