(May 11, 2022, 11:41 am)A wonderful experience all the trainers are amazing especially rose felt like I was in a movie. 20 minutes of bike 20 minutes of strength and 20 min of yoga you will have a great workout.
(May 4, 2022, 11:50 pm)They keep it clean and is always on top of providing the cleaning supplies. Staff is super helpful and will help you if you don’t know how to use the equipment. Very impressed with this gym. Well managed and a very positive environment.

(March 11, 2022, 1:05 pm)Best exercise class I’ve done! You know you have to go hard for just 20 minutes on spin, so you kill it, then 20 minutes on strength and finally 20 mins on yoga! I absolutely love it. The sugarland studio is modern and clean, the staff and members of friendly and they have lots of convenient class times.

The studio is gorgeous and very well maintained. There are lockers and showers on site (soap and shampoo provided but bring your own towel.)
The training session is a well rounded 60 minute session: 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of high volume resistance training, 20 minutes of yoga.
People are friendly and focused on getting a great session in.
