Imperial Storage Solutions has the best staff. Nathan, Kevin, Jesus, Jody, and everyone else whose names I haven't memorized (😅) are fantastic. Any issue whatsoever? Just let them know and it gets addressed immediately. They seriously go out of their way. The 24-hour access and nicely sized storage spaces definitely make it the place you'd want to use.
Business E Suites is an excellent resource for small business owners and remote workers with co-working memberships, equally awesome staff as Imperial Storage Solutions, and fun activities Monday through Friday that offer networking opportunities.
I look forward to seeing how this place grows.

Top notch facility that provides multiple types of business services such as wear house, small business offices, address services, mail options , storage unit, parking units and cold storage. Just speaking of e business suites.... it is one of a kind place. If you are a small business looking for office space shared or private this place is it. For females who work on thier own it's very secured.
(December 15, 2020, 8:42 am)All I can say is this place is gorgeous inside. The owner did a fantastic job with the decor and the airport themed space! Whether you just need a virtual office or you need a full-blown office space, the value here is so good! This is also one of the only places that I know of that have offices with a warehouse and loading bays in the back. Plenty of windows let natural light in and a large dining space for eating plus they have coffee! There's also balconies and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Very clean and conveniently located close to the US90, 59 and Hwy6. The decoration with Aerospace theme is very cool, comfortable and well designed. It's also just behind the Sugar Land airport so it makes total sense.
We stayed for a short period of time while our office was being remodeled and that was a great space for our industrial equipment activity.
The owners were very nice, helpful and mindful about our well being. I would definitely recommend this place for startup companies and established companies experiencing a transition.
