“I had no idea they have ice cream there. It was so good I didn't even get a cupcake. Strawberry ice cream with cheesecake they also had Italian cream cake ice cream that looks looked good. One of the best things about the experience was the fact that the young employee they had was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of information on her own. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. It's so rare these days to find a employee who is excited about where she works and speaks very highly of the owner. She's a gem! I will definitely return to try the cupcakes.”

“Love this place. Good food. A couple of complaints. They have tables in the middle and booths on the side. I now ask for booth because the tables are so high that one could just rack the food off in your mouth. Not good. The pies are not good. The coconut cream pie is flavorless. The chocolate pie has 2 inches of whipped cream, 3/4 inch of chocolate, and a thick hard crust. If you scraped out the chocolate there would be a couple of spoonfuls. Other food is great, just not good desserts. The rolls are excellent, but small, and costs for refills. In spite of all the negatives you should go there.”

“I was told about this place by a friend. It took me a while to move forward because it seemed out of the way for me. Am I glad I did! My daughter's 6th birthday cake was the best ever! Julian, who works there, was very attentive and went above and beyond for what I paid ( the cheapest birthday cake in 6 years!). I had a Rainbow Unicorn cake with 8 different colors and flowers and butterflies! I am a hero in my daughter's eyes! “Donuts and kolache were fresh and warm. Probably because it was still early. I purchased the original glazed donut. It was heavenly because it was fresh. I also tried the brisket kolache. It was very good. Meat was tender and flavorful. Staff was kind and greeted me. I always look for that. “Freshly baked and friendly service. If I live nearby, I would come here often to patronize this H-E-B Bakery. Lots lots of deliciously looking cakes. They also have those colorful French Macarons. It seems only seen at Asian bakeries. Tres leche cakes are must have at ant HEB store. They've got plenty in different sizes and shapes. The freshly baked breads come out of the oven in the afternoon. Mmm... the delicious aroma filled up the whole store. The shelves are always filled. They are very welcoming to me on any given day.”
