“In this world of negativity, it's good to share positive news too, which is why I want to say, I love my honest and caring podiatrist- Dr. Alpash Patel. A few weeks ago, i woke up frantically out of my sleep to my daughter screaming in the night and well, I ran into the wall????????????. I mean, Straight up in that wall. Ignoring the pain, i ran upstairs to my toddler. She was having a bad dream. Anyhow, today, here I am, pain has subsided but i came to Dr. Patel to ensure that a bone was not fractured. Thank God it is Not! I appreciate his patience, honesty, communication, courtesy and caring personality. I got here at 9:30am, he sent me for an x-ray and told me to come back immediately afterwards so that I can start feeling better and would not have to pay again. He could have told me to come back tomorrow but he realized the urgency for relief. Now that my toes are all wrapped up to heal, I am blessed to have such a positive experience, on my way to recovery.”

“I've been coming here for years and I always feel like I'm getting the best care here. Dr.Hirani is an amazing doctor and takes her time with everyone. She addresses my every question and concern, I never feel like I'm being rushed and she always seems to really care. Staff is nice but my favorite employee is Esperanza. She is very sweet and always gentle when checking my blood pressure and other exams, I always ask for her when I need work done because she's so gentle. I sometimes overhear other patients complaining about wait time and I admit that the wait can be longer than expected sometimes (so bring your snacks in case) but I think it's completely worth it since good doctors like her are hard to find. 5 stars and completely recommend.”

“I was sure i had updated my message below but it doesn't appear that way here - apologies! I did in fact receive my refund on day 29 after I returned them, followed soon afterwards by an apology email from Dr. Snook. Apparently the initial return procedure described to me was correct, and that refunds are usually well within the 30 days, but the in-between information given to me over the phone was not correct. Dr. Snook ( a very nice and patient lady who worked hard to get right settings on the aids) promised me she would meet with her staff and explain the procedures. I have therefore raised her rating. YOU'D BETTER KEEP THEM IF YOU BUY THEM !!!! Dr Snook tried hard to find a good setting for my first time hearing aids but I had to return them, WELL within the return limit. THAT WAS 4 WEEKS AGO AND DESPITE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS(with no reply) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $5000 REFUND. Today I finally received a call from a receptionist, saying that their accountant visits every 2 weeks and then has 30 days to review the contract etc. before signing the check! I asked why the accountant didn't start the review the last time they came. All she said was that she does not know-maybe the Dr would know. So this means that the company has BOTH the hearing aids AND my $5000 for 2 months (assuming of course I do in fact get the money back a month from now.) Legal or not I don't know, but for sure I will not be visiting this business again..”
