“My mother in Law was at Altus from Aug 17-Aug 31, 2015 and because of Medicaid or Medicare she had to be sent home. But I just want to say her stay in my opinion was awesome, the nurses that took care of her were awesome and showed they love caring for the patient. Now the Doctors that work for this Hospice Care is a different story, they come in at all hours of the night don't take time with the family, and stayed for the most 3 minutes and I know they charge Medicaid or Medicare at least an hour. it was sad that the Night we took her home she passed away, but she is in a better place.”

Sure they are busy, I am not expecting the staff to jump out of their seats and hug me (like it seems some writing poor reviews expect) it is a business, but they sure do say hello and are quick to help me every time. “Had a great experience here. I did have to wait a while but it was the first day the new Dr was starting, so I assume that is why. The Dr took her time with me though and resolved some issues I've been having with my contact lenses for years. I've had eye doctors even give me the wrong prescription before so I was really happy she had me test out several different lenses before writing my prescription. I'm seeing much more clearly now! So glad I came here.”

“Dr. Chetti's office is perfect for those who hate long waits! I have always had issues with headaches resulting from uncomfortable prescriptions or contact lens brands and she was able to fit me into lenses that I felt comfortable wearing all day with no issues. I particularly appreciated that when I had eye emergencies, she would try her best to see me at the earliest possible opening in her schedule, even if it meant cutting into her lunch a little bit. Super nice doc, I would definitely recommend! ”
