“Really enjoy working out here. Trainers and staff are all very personable and welcome me in whenever I workout. The workouts are difficult, but not impossible and trainers often offer to modify exercises based on fitness levels or prior athletic injuries. It’s nice to be able to see heart rate and calories expended during my workout to help me know how hard I’m working, and create a competitive atmosphere. I would recommend Beatstrong to anyone looking to get in shape, regardless of fitness level. I was not in great shape when I joined, and the first workouts were very challenging, but I’ve surprised myself at the progress I’ve made since joining. Try a free class and see if it’s for you.”

“Have you ever walked into a place and felt like it was solely reserved for you? A very fresh scent and clean modern look and best of all, genuinely nice people to greet you? Well that’s this establishment! Dr Lola was very attentive, addressed all of my concerns. Her staff were very personable and warm! I took my 3 year (who has never been to the dentist) for a teeth cleaning and check. From the moment we walked we were warmly welcomed, Dr Lola came out and let us know we were next. After going back, the hygienist took my daughter’s X-ray with ease after giving her a token to “buy” a small toy. Once they got her in the chair, they worked with her, made her feel very comfortable (all while actually cleaning and examining her teeth). To top it off, she was rewarded with a token to “buy” another small toy! If you’re looking for a great dentist! Look no further! They won’t let you down!! Also the online scheduling and paperwork was easy to complete!”

“Dr. Ayub and Tina are AMAZING!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and listens. My time is very valuable, and I never have a long wait. I had to have injections in my knee and DO NOT do needles. Dr. Ayub should be nicknamed "Dr. Painless"!!! I felt absolutely nothing and experienced immediate relief after my first injection. What let me know that I had the PERFECT doctor was the fact that despite the severity of the condition of my knees, the first word out of his mouth was NOT surgery. He offered other options and surgery was the last resort. If you are looking for a great doctor who has a great staff, he's the one!!!”
