“9Round is great because time is never an excuse to not work out again. If you only have 45 minutes, you can still drive there, have an intense 30 minute workout, and drive home. The location is perfect! Once there, you never get bored. I've been working out at 9Round 4 to 5 times a week for a couple months, and I never have the same work out twice. The trainers are great. They give you personalized attention, make sure you understand each round/station, offer modifications or corrections if needed, and are encouraging. Susan and Tory go especially above and beyond.”

I love how Mary, the Pilates instructor describes all the movements and their purpose. I love how Alix brings her knowledge, compasion and style to practice.
