(February 13, 2019, 12:22 pm)I've lived here for almost a year and it's been wonderful. The neighborhood is well kept, my neighbors are friendly, and the price is perfect. I love having a small backyard for the pup, and a community that is pet friendly. Plus they just put in a community pool last year - great bonus!
(January 16, 2019, 8:12 pm)I have lived here for a year now and I absolutely love it!! I just renewed my lease for another year and don't plan on moving anytime soon after that year. The staff and maintenance here are great and respond quickly to any needs or questions you many have. The atmosphere here is just amazing and although these are rentals it really does feel like home!!! If you are looking to rent a fabulous home in a quite, laided back community Green Caye is definitely the place to be!!!
(January 13, 2019, 11:57 am)This is the place to be! We are taken care of; lawn, air filters, light bulbs,ect.
If you have a problem just let them know; we have never had to wait longer than a couple of hours to get something fixed.
Maintenance is polite, efficient and fast.
(December 19, 2018, 11:25 am)My husband and I moved in here in July and have nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff is so sweet and prompt and the maintenance is wonderful! They're always here the day or day after we need something done. Green Caye is so well kept and we are very happy to call this home. Couldn't be happier!
(December 8, 2018, 10:58 pm)I have lived in Green Caye townhomes for 10 months and just renewed my lease for another year with no rent increase (unlike apartment complexes). The management is great and the maintenance team are very quick to respond, even after hours and during a holiday when there was an emergency. I highly recommend this community.
