“We are Canadians spending the winter in the warmer climates living in our A Class and just after New Years we had an unknown electrical problem that filled our unit with smoke. We suspected the hot water tank but weren't sure. This was our first time in Texas and had no idea where to call to get it checked and fixed. Dues was recommended to us by a couple of people at the RV Park we were staying at and after reading the Google reviews we decided to call them about our unit. We are so glad we did! Instead of calling we decided to take our car up and get a first impression. We were greeted by one of the mechanics who was very friendly and professional and then guided us to Joe who would get us set up with an appointment. They could take our unit in the next day! They said they would do their best to get it diagnosed and fixed as soon as possible as they knew we would have to stay in a hotel while they had our 'home". They had it sorted out and repaired within a couple of days with the biggest delay being the wait for a part they had to have ordered in so no fault of theirs. Joe kept us informed through the entire process which we were very thankful for. Once the part arrived they had the unit repaired and us back in our "home" in a timely fashion. All the staff were professional, polite and informative; the mechanics gave knowledgeable and timely work and the overall cost was very reasonable. We have been living back in our unit now for the past 3 weeks without any more issues. We are extremely grateful for Dues and their great service. Thanks Joe and Staff!”
