  I almost didn't come in due the reviews. Customer service was over the top! Absolutely the best service for myself that needed to purchase more contacts and my husband that needed his glasses replaced under warranty. The glasses were discontinued but there were zero issues with transferring the warranty to a different pair with same value.

  I had a very great experience at this location. Dr. Ma is very knowledgeable and gave great information about my eyes. He was very thorough and I don’t ever remember having an eye Dr who could help me find my perfect prescription as fast as he did. Torre helped me find the perfect frames and was a such sweet heart. Lashon was very helpful as Torre assisted me with understanding my insurance do’s and don’ts . They each assisted me when I picked up each pair of glasses since they came in on different days. Kali and Issac were also very courteous and helpful. I saw how attentive they all were and communicated with different patients in the same professional manner. I believe whoever the manager is at this location , they have definitely set the bar high here. Customer service at it’s finest. Also the wait isn’t long if you make an appointment however I didn’t have one and Lashon looked in the system at the schedules of nearby America’s Best to see who could see me first. I ended up canceling other engagements and just stayed at this location and I don’t regret it.
