The groomers did an excellent job. BUT if you get a 7am appointment be flexible. The groomer was there but not the person to open the store.

My grandma takes my dog to PetSmart to get groomed, and they always do a good job! Love this place, and Cherry thanks you! 😁

I came in to get a bearded dragon for me and my baby and for personal reasons, this was actually very emotional for me. The sales representative helped me feel so comfortable so quickly and was able to answer all my questions and really went above and beyond. Even when I go back to get crickets here in Galveston, there's one guy in particular who works in the reptile section and he is always so nice and knowledgeable! The wonderful people who work at all PetSmart stores are so sweet and helpful and really know their stuff! Thank you to everyone who has helped me and my baby along our reptile journey so we can create these incredible memories together 🥰💖

I was a bit skeptical to take our doodle to somewhere other than our local groomers but we were in a pinch. I was pleasantly surprised at the job well done by Harley (I think that was her name). He's a big puppy and very nervous during grooming but she finished a full body wash and cut in only 3 & 1/2 hours. I was very impressed. Definitely plan to schedule again when needed.
