May be in need of a little TLC on the general appearance but I love going there and have never once had a bad experience with this place, or the people who work (especially at night, where they have always come to my window to take my order which I find endearing).
Also: they'll warn you if they see a spider in your car and even hand you a ton of napkins to clean up the (now) dead spider.
