“Very nice people, very nice place. They teach Aikido (plus Sword Arts), which is what I am taking, as well as Tai Chi. They also do massages and Yoga so there's a bit of something for everyone depending on your needs. Aikido is a very beautiful and useful art of self-defense, and they teach it very effeciently in a way that ensures you retain as much information as possible and, yes, muscle memory does play a Key Role. All in all a very wonderful place to learn and train. 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended on numerous occasions).”
