I couldn't be more lazy if I wanted to be, but the kickboxing classes here are so fun and martial arts focused, rather than cardio, that I get an intense work out while also enjoying myself, and becoming a stronger human being. I'm learning self defense & burning calories like no body's business! Plus, the environment is really clean, and aesthetically conducive to a healthy life and attitude. Wouldn't pay to go anywhere else! ^_^

(January 18, 2016, 4:51 pm)MyDojo is a great addition to the Friendswood community, and an awesome facility to bring your friends, and kids to! Clean and up to date, much nicer than any martial arts facility I've been to, with great programs for all ages. Check it out!!
