After having someone total my car I was left in a bind with no way to get to work or class. I was pressed for time when it came to finding a new vehicle so I didn't want to beat around the bush. All of the other dealerships I went to tried to push vehicles I wasn't interested in on me and made me feel like I was a walking dollar sign instead of a customer. Thankfully Classic Auto Group came to my rescue. Erik only showed me vehicles with the specifics that I asked for and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I ended up with a better vehicle than I had before for a very reasonable price. Thanks again Erik and Classic Auto! 10/10 would recommend.
Having issues in the middle of the summer with your car AC is no fun & borderline dangerous, especially with two kids. Almost closing time, crossed my fingers and called it in hoping they would take it in. Bridget helped out immensely. She made the process very nice and smooth and put us in the new model truck within minutes of closing. Upon returning, Carol was nice and understanding of my hectic schedule and let me bring it in after hours. These wonderful ladies made what's usually a pain in the rear a total breeze.
