(November 6, 2017, 1:35 am)This is not a park. It is closed to the public. The land is now privately owned and UTMB is building a clinic there.
(June 7, 2017, 9:41 pm)This place is so awesome!! So many different little hangout places and great views! You can take so many amazing photos here! Park for $1 on seawall until 6, then it's free. Everyone obviously goes here during summer but we love going here during fall and winter times a lot more, it'll be quiet, peaceful, spacious and really nice weather!!!
