  I lived here for about 4.5 months. The location is great if you like the beach or work at UTMB. There is adequate parking and a very convenient grocery store. The apartments are nice but not great.
  
  I liked the staff, but there is a great deal of knowledge difference between staff members. If one tells you something that doesn't sound right, come back another time and ask someone else. With time this problem may be corrected.
  
  Community is gated which I found very irritating, but that is typical around Galveston. Renters insurance is cheaper because of the gates.

  Been here for a few months! Staff is always friendly. My rent is very reasonable. When I have issues in my apartment, they come and fix it right away. No bugs in my unit. Very quiet. I like the security of having a gate. anyone just can’t get in unless you have a key or know someone with inside. Overall, the best place I’ve had on the island. I love it here
