Pleasure pier

Fun fun fun!! Kids loved it and there were enough rides they could go on for their height! Definitely a must do for a Galveston visit. Ticket for adult was $26.99 for 48” above and $19.99 for 48” under. There’s parking on the street for $2 for 2 hours and after 6pm it’s free.

Pleasure pier is definitely a must if you are into carnival theme park and carnival rides. If its your first time going I would recommend you buy the "all ride all day" pass just to be safe if you aren't sure about all the rides, as it is economically better. However if you know what you will ride, do the math as riding a "thrill ride will be $6 each" but thats just some tips. Overall great experience, had a lot of fun.

Ps. Go to the farthest back of the pier to get some rest and a nice view of the Gulf.

There are some good rides, but it is pricey had you have to pay to park. A family of 4 costs $100. We went on a Wednesday evening in June, though, and our longest wait was 20 minutes.
