McKenzie is so good at her job! I had an eyebrow waxing and tint. I came in with a mess of eyebrows and left with eyebrows on fleek ladies! On fleek!! She was so kind and patient as well as super friendly. She explained every step she was doing and showed me how it was going after each step. I love that!

I stopped by Ulta on a whim on a busy Saturday and was very pleased with my experience at the Benefit Brow Bar. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I don't usually visit salon's inside stores, but McKenzie did not disappoint! She waxed my brows and also provided some really great tips for maintaining them. She was a ray of sunshine and incredibly kind. I will definitely be back the next time my brows are due for a wax.

McKenzie is the greatest! You will never regret getting your eyebrows done with her. She is knowledgeable and very professional.

The first time I'd been in for a brow waxing since things started opening. I was quite pleased with how much cleaning Kaylin was doing before, between and after each step. It made me very comfortable. I was also very impressed with how the greeter explained the "new" shopping experience requirements when I entered the store. She did a great job of being clear and not sounding scripted and maintaining eye contact. It was still a little awkward not being able to pick up testers and smell fragrances but I understand why. I'm completely comfortable going back for my next brow service.

Beautiful place, the employee's are friendly but a little overbearing. Just let me shop if I need help I will ask. Other than that it was a good experience. They have everything you could think of and I LOVE IT
