Sonic Drive-In

Visit often, but one particular day order a huge meal for my family, waited terribley long, arrived home, food was cold, bread was hard, tots cold, just totally wrong, i made a call there, which managent invited me to return back, she had made my entire order over again no questions asked, i truely appreciated her friendliness about the issue, made me as a customer to not felt like i wasted my money, and understood she would not have eaten it either due to the low temps of the food.

Went to another Sonic first and they were closed, although it was past the open time. I called one closer to my house and not only were they open, the employee I spoke with assured me that she would have my order ready when I got there. I really appreciate her initiative and going out of her way to provide the best possible customer service. Thanks again!
