Hector with Builders First Source came out today for a warranty claim and got the window fixed in no time. He was super friendly and helpful and addressed all the issues we had and gave us some good tips on maintaining the windows as well. Excellent customer service, kudos to Hector and give that guy a raise. Employees like that can be hard to find!

We had a pane of glass crack in our Taber home that they do the windows for. Morgan in the department was fantastic on scheduling and follow up to get us in to get it fixed.

Nathan is the tech that came out and he deserves five stars as well! Professional, very well trained, and communication was great. He cleaned up his mess and wore shoe covers in our house. He even had covers for his ladder feet!
