  We've lived in Brittany Lakes for 18 years and have for most of that time used Wray's Air Conditioning. Most recently we purchased our second system from them and was very pleased with the price, delivery/set up, and quality control inspection. Their front line techs are personable, polite, and professional. If there is a problem, they stick with it until it is solved. We recommend Wray's.

  BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
  
  This past week I had to contact my AC Sales and Service Company raise AC in League City Texas I have been a customer of theirs for 38 years my wife suffers from a multitude of medical issues including rheumatoid arthritis she suffers from joint pain throughout her body on a daily basis to her explanation she says her body feels like a boil since pain medication is limited by law the only thing that gives her any moderate pain relief is cold crisp dry low humidity are two years ago I purchased an American Standard 20 SEER AC unit from Dean Ray this unit is able to maintain temperatures of 70 downstairs and 68 upstairs with a relative humidity of 48 to 55% although these temperatures and relative humidity do not eliminate my wife's pain does lessen the pain and allow her to function better several weeks ago I noticed the relative humidity level inside was raised to 68% to 75% inside the house in the AC unit was not able to retain the temperature levels that my wife required I called Dean and explain the situation he immediately sent out to service technicians to locate the problem they thoroughly inspect the unit outside and the attic everything was operating properly they did find several air leaks in the Attic which they repaired we hope that would solve the problem but it did not I called Dan again and he personally came to my house to evaluate the problem. In the Attic he found that the two return air ducts had deteriorated over the years in hot attic air was being sucked into the cooling coil which is creating the problem we were experiencing the next day he sent out two of his technicians that specialize in ductwork and carefully and carpentry they remove the two deteriorated return air ducts and seal those openings they replace them with two men 16in to new 16 16 inch return air ducts.Well they were installing the new system Dean stop by to ensure that everything was being completed according to specifications the next day Dean called to ask how their system was working it was perfect again the temperature downstairs was being maintained at 70 degrees and upstairs at 68 degrees the relative humidity was at 49% unfortunately we live in a very sick Society where no one cares that begins at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue filters to our school systems all the way down to your favorite fast food restaurant all points in between with that being said it is so refreshing and rewarding to interact with a group of employees that work for a company raise AC that strives to live up to their model on a daily basis strong on Integrity whether you speak to Mary the pleasant lady that answers the phone Dean Ray the owner or any of his highly trained service Personnel you can be assured they are good people there professional and they will solve your problem strong on integrity.-- Doug Frank

  Professional, knowledgeable and fast service. We had a brand new unit installed and very happy with the work and professionalism of these guys. Milton answered all our questions and followed up with phone call a few days later. Recommended from a colleague at work and we are extactic with the system.

  We have used Wray's AC for 20 yrs or more. A few times, 2 or 3, I have tried other area HVAC companies, big and smaller companies, trying to get better prices, etc. I keep coming back to Wray's. Wray's is by far the best ... especially when it comes to honesty / integrity and customer relationship. If there is a problem and you communicate with them about it they will do everything reasonable, and perhaps more, to fix it to your satisfaction. It has been my experience that their prices are competitive or better than the competition as well. ...Oh, and did I say ... "they are honest".
