“Other than my marriage, Dr. Maximos has been my second longest relationship, I have seen him for all three of my pregnancies and he delivered my oldest and current youngest. If I have questions or concerns, Maximos or his staff answers them in a timely matter. Yes, I've had to wait a while to be seen before. But that happens, people before me have questions and they need answers too. When I am in a room and he comes in, am I given Dr. Maximos full attention? You bet! I honestly couldn't ask for a better OBGYN, if I have anymore babies, he'll be the first one I tell. The front and back staff have always been a pleasure to work with, front staff handles appointments, insurance, etc. Just make sure you have all of your information, and things will run without any bumps. All in all, they have been incredibly kind and helpful. I will admit, six years ago, I would not have said this, but since, they have really locked down a great and positive team! There is one thing is one thing I would like to mention. This in regards to Dr. Maximos and his growth over the last 8 years. He has changed but only for the better, 8 years ago he was like a newborn lamb, when he talked he almost whispered it. He didn't have this air of confidence about him that he has now, he feels more experienced and relaxed. Dr. Maximos knows what he is doing and will do a great job taking care of you!”

“For the most part I LOVE this facility. I've had multiple surgeries and Drs visits here. Super friendly front office. However, the ER leaves a boat load to be desired! I had heel surgery a month ago and 3 days ago thought I had an infection in the incision. My mom was with me and the only person friendly to her was the front desk receptionist. When the triage nurse called me back my mom asked her if she could sit on the stool because she had surgery 6 weeks before me. Anyway the nurse said "Yeah, as long as you don't fall off!" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention DISRESPECTFUL! It took about 15-20 minutes to go back to a "room" (if you can call it that.) They have curtains to separate each "room", which is typical for an ER. They had THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE recliners instead of stretchers, which leads me to my next issue. The ER Dr and a nurse came in, never acknowledged my mom, took my sock off, and told me to stand on the bare floor with my bare foot, so they could take a picture of my incision to show to the orthopaedic on call. Then when the nurse came back she said "here, put your foot on this towel. I don't want your foot on the floor." Um, it was a little late for that! About 30 minutes late the nurse comes back to wrap it with self adhesive ace bandage and says, "ok, I'm going to need you to put the top of your foot in the chair. Again, my bare foot was on the bare chair. My mom made the comment that it didn't seem sanitary for me and the nurse sarcasticly said, um the incision is not touching the chair!" But prior to that, it was touching the floor! So, I'm giving 4 stars because the ER needs lessons on respect, consideration, and sanitation!”

They went out of their way to explain things in a way I could understand and made sure my baby got the best care possible! I will be bringing my other children back there.”
