He diagnosed my AC unit very quickly and explained the problem in language I could understand. Highly recommend. He also was prompt for all scheduled appointments which I really appreciated! Thank you Pete!

(December 18, 2021, 6:43 pm)It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and my refrigerator decided to fail. I called several mobile RV services and was told I would have to wait until Monday. That is not the kind of thing one wants to hear when the refrigerator is not working. That is not the response I got when I spoke with Pete at higher level RV services. He came out in the rain and got my refrigerator running again. He provided outstanding service and was highly professional

(December 6, 2021, 10:26 am)The entertainment system in my RV failed. Higher Level worked directly with my extended warranty company, ordered a replacement system that turned out to be an upgrade of my previous system, and replaced it as soon as was possible. Nice people, too. No complaints at all.
