I had a very disappointing experience with Habash Auto and RV Dales. After paying off my Vanderhall and transferring it from lm Texas to California, I attempted to contact their office multiple times to check on my paperwork. It took an unacceptable two weeks to receive anything, only to find that the paperwork was incomplete—specifically, it was missing the Dealer Temp Plate.
Additionally, the way they handle communication with customers is troubling. On one occasion, a staff member abruptly ended our call while I was still trying to address my concerns. This is not the way to deal with customers, and it has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in their customer service practices.

I appreciate Mark for being a good guy and the positive impact he has made. I believe it's crucial not to reflect the negative behavior of one of his employees onto everyone else. Each individual should be assessed based on their own actions. It's a reminder that how we treat others can come back to us, much like the idea of karma; our actions—be they positive or negative—can influence how we are perceived and treated in return.
