I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a phone. I had to come back for another matter and was assisted by Trechia. She was very helpful and prompt in resolving my problem .
(July 8, 2019, 8:24 pm)I am a Grandmother of 8 kids. I just recently went to California to see my parents, siblings, friends,family and my Godmother who is 95 years old. My parents are in their late 70's early 80's. This was a chance for 5 of my grandkids to see their Great Grandparents etc. After spending 6 wonderful days. taking hundreds of precious photo's I lost them on my cellphone today. I was so sick to my stomach. After trying several times to recover my photo's unsuccessfully. I went to your T Mobil store in tears! Thanks to your amazing Tre'chia H. she not only recovered all my lost treasures! She educated me. I'm forever grateful!
