“My primary doctor is Dr. Konikowski and he has been my doctor since I was born (30 years). He is great and I like how knowledgeable he is. I have also seen Dr. Cajigas once and she was also good and prompt with her test results (2 days). I read all these negative reviews on here and I honestly have never had to wait that long to get called back or to get test results (and this is years worth of time). I pay and get called back within 15-20 minutes total. I get all my lab results within 1-2 days. I never have any issues with the front desk helping me sign in, process payments, or to pick up paper copy of labs I need. I also call the same day for appointments since I'm so busy and I've never had a problem getting in the same day. Maybe the people waiting for extended periods of time are because their doctor is slow but like I said Dr. K is the man! He gets me in and out and feeling better ASAP. :)”
