“Just went there on Monday and Kathy is really wonderful. I had an appointment set for 1pm for showing and when I arrived the office was locked. I gave it a few minutes before trying again. I was met with a friendly smile and warm reception and it was Kathy. She is lovely, gave us information we needed, took us on the apartment tour. I love the apartments , the atmosphere of the complex— peaceful, the 2bed/2bath are on the small side - I was expecting at least a pantry but they are nice. Big walk in closet in the master room😍😍😍. Little in the 2bedroom😔 but then again, master bedroom😍😍.”

The property itself is nice and always well kept. The community is friendly and its pretty quiet around here, there are kids that play outside after school but they all seem respectful and innocent. “Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”
