“I have been here just over a year & can't say enough great things about the ladies in the front office, to the reliable maintenance crew & to the apartments themselves. I moved from another 5 star apartment complex down the road & Ravello beats them easily. Kristina & Jordan in the front office are just awesome. Always smiling, extremely attentive & hard working :) If I have any issue with my apartment , then I just put in an order on the app & the maintenance crew is on it ASAP. My neighbors are friendly. The apartments are quiet. Personally, I love this area. So many new places popping up on 96 , close to the freeway to bypass 518 & get straight to either Galveston or head toward Houston. Also this area has great walking paths for my dog & I , which to me is a major plus. Everything from grocery stores to schools to fine dining is close by. I am glad I found this place & it will be my home for years to come :)”

Every time we put in a work order now Maitnence is on it as fast as he can be. I also like how when you get a package now they text you to alert you there is a package. “I have lived here for 6 months and have had no issues that weren't either immediately taken care of or taken care of in a timely manner. My apartment has always been very clean and I make it a point to keep it that way. I might be crazy but I kind of like how the washer/dryer is in master. It makes it easier for me. My only complaint is sometimes they do not answer the phone but I know a lot of times they are very busy and only have one person working. Either way the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. A lot of these reviews seem fishy or old.”
