Huck's Catfish

This place is great for catfish..the staff there are very friendly and are attentive. This is your grandpa's catfish place lol. Usually, what I have noticed is that the people that come there tend to be older people crowd. Not to say that there are not younger people that eat there. Just seems more of a down-home country feeling where a family would go out to eat after church or something. This place is famous for their fried catfish. I have been going there for years. I drive almost two hours just to go and eat there. That's how good it is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes down home cooking.

Ordered catfish ‘burn it’ style as I prefer mine crispy. Came out hot and crispy but juicy. Well seasoned, hush puppies were moist, garlic and bacon slaw didn’t disappoint, garlic was strong but not overpowering, perfectly dressed, a touch too much pepper. Definitely worth the trip from i35!

Catfish was excellent, server Ashley was friendly and attentive. The fried squash, hush puppies, pintos and sweet tea were really good too! I only wish I had ordered the small/1pc meal so I'd had enough room for some peach cobbler. Next time! We will be back, and we will try for a day they are serving the okra.

The catfish is awesome the sides are very good. The fries were not great seemed to be reheated. But I’m definitely coming back

Visited this place before making our stop to Texoma and the casino.
It's was good catfish.
It could be updated, and service could be more appealing, but it was overall okay.

If you're more about the food, it's good.
