Ross was AMAZING getting us switched over from Travelers Insurance to State Farm. He was professional, efficient, patient, and very responsive with all of my questions. I highly recommend Ross hands down.

I was shopping around for insurance for my new car, state farm is the cheapest for me. I called my local state farm (in denison) Jake Shockley made sure I got as many discounts as possible and got me the best deal. He explained what each coverage is and how it would benefit me. Great guy, was very polite and friendly. Best insurance shopping experience I've ever had!!!

I've had a great experience with Shockley Insurance! I knew I needed to switch insurance providers when Progressive wouldn't cover my car rental when I was rear ended last year, yet I had a very high monthly payment (the cost was also excluding renters insurance). Ross cut my monthly payments in half but I still get all the coverage I wanted but didn't have before - including car rental, roadside assistance, windshield repair, and renters insurance! I have already used the windshield repair option twice and the roadside assistance once this summer. Definitely worth giving them a call!
