I cannot say enough positive things about Diamond Computers!!! I have been a long-time customer and have never been disappointed with the service I receive! When my internet provider kept telling me that nothing was wrong with their service, I took my computer to Doug. He went out of his way checking out the computer and making sure nothing was wrong with the computer. Finally, a technician with my service provider identified my modem as the problem.
