(June 5, 2023, 4:33 pm)This is the office I would come to see Dr. Koone. This was my initial visit and he took so much time going over all my issues/complaints/skin ailments. I took my son a month later and also got great care and answers. Dr Koone was also very sensitive to our drive and cost of the visit which made me feel even more confident in his compassion for his patients.
His team of nurses are outstanding. They are also very friendly and engaging, not just there to take notes and move you out the door.
I have had several hang ups with trying to get bills in order to turn in to my insurance and that’s frustrating (why the 4 star review).

(January 21, 2023, 4:37 pm)Dr. Koone has been my Dermatologist for several years and my visits with him and Mary are always a great experience! He is professional, caring, friendly, listens well to my concerns and is easy to talk to. He explains well the details of my issues and what my options are, and he’s always positive about what my outcome will be. Dr. Koone and Mary always make me feel very comfortable during my entire visit!
(January 21, 2023, 12:20 pm)Dr. Koone has been my dermatologist for over 20 years and should he ever leave Sherman again, I WILL FOLLOW HIM AGAIN! As long as he is in practice, he will be my dermatologist, and I will follow him to the moon!
Not only is he THE BEST in his field, his compassionate heart toward his patients will never be beat either!
THANK YOU, DR. KOONE, for your dedication to my treatments all these years (as well as my Mom’s) and thank you for staffing THE BEST GIRLS EVER, that match you!
By the way, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETIRE!
