  This apartments are so nice since they are redone. The lady name Kiara was so helpful.The staff is nice .I would recommend them any day of the week. Just want to say thanks kiara

  Kiara in the office is absolutely wonderful! It’s always a pleasure talking to her. We moved in at the end of October and any issues we’ve had have quickly been resolved. We love living here and haven’t had any issues. If you’re looking for friendly management and staff, great prices, and wonderful service, this is the place to live!

  We’ve been here since November and it’s been great staying here. We’ve had little to no problems. Kiara the leasing manager that’s my giiiiiirl she was very helpful when we first moved in and jay always get the job done anything you need him to fix he’s on it. It’s always smiles when we go into the office :)

  We moved in in December just before Christmas. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with these guys! Kim and Kiara have been amazing! They’re quick to get things done even with a very small maintenance staff. Our unit was remodeled before we moved in, and Kiara kept me updated through the entire process. I’m grateful to have found this place for myself, my mom and my kiddo. They’re conveniently located right across the street from Fairview Park, and there are several other business near by just off 1417. Come and find your new home at The Parks on Taylor! You won’t regret it!
