This is the most awesome place to have any type of imaging! I have to congratulate the Office Manager Christine for being so professional and helpful and having a wonderful staff, I had to schedule and reschedule my appointments several times, the majority of my calls was with Tesla who was so wonderful, professional and showed so much empathy every time we rescheduled (due to an emergency), I know I spoke with the other staff: Evelyn & Taylor at some point and all of the staff was always so helpful and courteous. I cannot stress how important it is for us on the other side of that window/desk to have medical personnel be so wonderful! In my opinion, if you need these services done, come here!! ❤️
I cannot say enough good about this group! Communication was perfect, scheduling was fast, I LOVED the insurance breakdown, my technician made sure I was 100% comfortable (as much as you can be for these) and their communication through the procedure was perfect. If I ever have to go through this again, I will no longer have anxiety if I'm going here❤️
I've had a CT scan, an MRI, and my son had a CT scan as well. I actually had great experiences with them all 3 times. The ladies calling me to schedule my appointments were very nice and provided all the information I needed. During the process I had no issues. They made me feel comfortable at all times. I will say this, the call button should be pointed out in a very clear manner as it's not really a button. It's an air pump balloon that is placed in your hand. MRIs are not the most comfortable of procedures but if you have a safe place (clear call button communication) to go to you'll be a lot better off. After the first time there I made sure my doctor knows I prefer this diagnostic center over any other in town. There is virtually zero wait to get in.
Staff from scheduling, to front desk, to technicians were professional, courteous and kind. Cash patient and the price was more than fair. Clean facilities and they actually got me in, ahead of my scheduled appointment time.
