Ordered the barbacoa tacos but it seemed under seasoned. Ordered beef fajita tacos which was good … but … I have to say in all the years I have eaten street tacos you always get this red sauce and green sauce medium thick mild or hot depending but their sauce is very runny and they serve with grilled onions not fresh. You can ask for fresh chopped onions but this should be the norm not the other way around. The food was decent but not a “oooh I want to go get tacos from El Guero“ type of good.

**Authentic and Delicious!**
Taco El Guero is a hidden gem in Tioga! The flavors are absolutely authentic, and every bite feels like a trip to Mexico. The tacos are packed with fresh ingredients, and the variety on the menu means there's something for everyone. The salsa is the perfect blend of spice and flavor. The service is always friendly and quick, making it a great spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go. Highly recommend the street tacos—they’re unbeatable! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Loved the Pastor tacos, very tasty. Also the barbacoa tacos are really good, still have a couple of meats to try.
Love, love, love them!! I always drive by and wanted to try them out. I’m glad I
Their asada taco was my favorite. Also, the tortillas are homemade. A home made tortilla = a yummy taco. The spicy salsa is great!
We noticed the taco truck coming from Oklahoma driving into Texas so we made a u-turn! Such worth it because the tacos were asada, nicely marinated tender meat with handmade tortillas! The red salsa was our favorite! Thank you to the hard working ladies in the truck cooking it up! We will be back
