Walker Insurance

Awesome company, and awesome staff - always professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable; they answer questions immediately.
Tara helped me yesterday, got us on the phone with Travelers, and was able to get an answer to my question in about 2 minutes. Now that's providing a great customer experience.
We have had our home and auto with Walker since 2004, and can't imagine how we survived before that.
Anytime I hear someone complaining about their insurance, I just give them Walker's number and say, "Trust me, you'll thank me later!"

I have had many Insurance companies through the years, but none more knowledgeable than Walker. Jamie put me at ease with her quick answers to all my home & auto questions. I don't remember the last time an agent took the time to really go over my coverages.

We have been very happy with our coverage and customer service we have received from Walker. They have saved us hundreds of dollars on our home and auto insurance. Unfortunately, most often reviews are done when there is a problem and some one is upset or feels wronged which is understandable. On the other hand, I believe when someone does a good job they need to know just as much as when there is a problem.
